Group pricing
These are delivered prices. Shipping to a single address in the five boroughs is included, and there is no setup fee. The number in the table is the number on your invoice.

Prices are per piece, delivered, for a one-location print on our standard blanks. Sizes 2XL and up carry a manufacturer upcharge. Quoted separately: rush delivery, splitting the order across multiple addresses, additional print locations, specialty blanks, and delivery outside the five boroughs.

How fast you get your order depends on one thing: whether you're using a design that already exists in our catalog or one we make for you.
Ordering an existing design
3–7 business days
Pick anything from our catalog and order it in quantity. No proof, no waiting on approvals — the clock starts the moment your order is confirmed. Printing takes a day to a day and a half; the rest is transit. Most orders land toward the shorter end.
Adding your logo or custom artwork
Add 1–3 days
We build the design, send you a digital proof, and print nothing until you approve it. The 3–7 day clock starts at your approval, so how fast you sign off decides your delivery date as much as we do.
Runs over 200 pieces may need longer. Working against a hard deadline? Put the date in the form — your quote will name a specific delivery date, not a range, and if we can't hit your date we'll say so up front rather than after you've committed.
What we print on
We print on the same blanks we use for our retail line, so you can feel the quality before you order a hundred of them.
- Bella+Canvas 3001 — our standard tee. Soft, retail fit, wide color range.
- Comfort Colors 1717 — heavier garment-dyed cotton with a broken-in feel. Popular for reunions and anniversary shirts.
- Gildan 18500 hoodies — classic heavyweight pullover for cooler-weather events.

Is shipping included in the price?
Yes. Every price on this page is a delivered price to one address in the five boroughs, with no setup fee. Rush delivery, splitting an order across multiple addresses, or delivery outside the boroughs are quoted separately.
What is the minimum order?
Ten pieces. Pricing improves at 20, 50 and 100, and orders of 200 or more are quoted individually.
How long does a group order take?
If you order an existing design from our catalog, three to seven business days from the confirmed order — there is no proof step to wait on. If we are adding your logo or building custom artwork, add one to three days for the proof, and the delivery clock starts when you approve it. Your quote will name a specific delivery date either way.
Do we have to use one of your designs?
No, but it is the fastest and simplest route. Everything in our catalog can be ordered in group quantities at the prices above. If you would rather use your own artwork, or add your organization's name to one of our designs, we can do that too — it just adds a proof step.
Can we mix sizes and shirt colors in one order?
Yes. Sizes mix freely within a single order. Multiple shirt colors are usually fine as well — note what you want in the comments and we will price it.
Can you print our church or school logo?
Yes. Send your artwork after you submit the request. We check resolution and print quality first and tell you if a file needs work before anything goes to production.
Do you take purchase orders or invoices?
Tell us in the comments what your organization's process requires and we will work with it. Because our pricing is delivered pricing, the figure you take to a board or committee is the final figure.
