At Encore2wo, we want you to love your purchase! While most of our items are custom-made or print-on-demand, we understand that sometimes things happen. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for::

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Items that are defective

  • Items sent in error (wrong size/design)

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect)

  • Sale or clearance items

Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, changed mind). Please double-check size charts and descriptions before ordering.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
